As with pacifiers, teething rings and other products that are used intensively and come into contact with saliva, we recommend replacing the anni manni every 2 to 3 months for hygienic reasons.
Please note: While the anni manni is very durable thanks to its 100% cotton and high-quality workmanship, and can be easily cleaned in the washing machine, we recommend replacing it regularly to ensure the highest hygiene standards (similar to a toothbrush). This way, your baby always has a fresh and safe pacifier band.

The anni manni: A calming ribbon that has never existed before!
It’s not only a better alternative to a pacifier or thumb-sucking, but also ideal as a teething aid. For older children, the anni manni helps especially with weaning off the pacifier or thumb, or when they find it difficult to self-regulate in everyday situations. Made from toxin-free cotton fabrics, the anni manni becomes the perfect companion for your child.
Two magnets sewn into the fabric allow the band to be easily attached to clothing, a stroller, baby carrier or hiking carrier, car seat – or wherever it’s needed. This way, the band won’t fall to the ground when your child isn’t using it. The anni manni is washable, stays hygienically clean, and is wonderfully soft when your little one cuddles up to it. Sucking, soothing, chewing, calming down and falling asleep become a whole new experience for your little treasure!
And here’s a little tip: you can personalize the magical band with its calming knot even further by adding an additional knot if needed. This allows you to fully adapt it to your baby’s individual preferences and needs. For safety reasons, please do not lengthen the band (you’ll find more information under Care & Safety).

- Please wash me with hot water after each use and then let me rest a little so that I can dry properly.
- Please wash me occasionally in a small, padded laundry bag.
Please use gentle cycles at 30°C. Higher temperatures could overheat me, causing me to lose my vibrant colors and become misshapen. Plus, you'll save energy and help protect the environment! Modern detergents clean me even at lower temperatures, ensuring I'm hygienically clean.
- Gentle drying and ironing are also possible. However, I recommend that you simply smooth me down lovingly after washing and lay me flat in a cozy spot. That's where I feel most comfortable. Thank you!
Despite washing, I recommend you replace me every 2-3 months.
