What if the anni manni does not work for my baby?
Everyone is an individual. Our little ones too, of course. There is no guarantee that the anni manni will work for everyone, but our experience and tests (please read our customer reviews) show that it has a calming effect on most of the babies. For some it works immediately, for others it takes a few days and a bit of practice to get used to it. It is worth investing a little patience and time here!
Can I also use the anni manni if my baby uses a pacifier?
Yes, even if your little one uses a pacifier, the anni manni is a great alternative. Our tests have shown that babies who use a pacifier also love the ribbon, especially in the carrier or Maxi Cosi. And as confirmed by many dentists, with regards of the theets of your baby it is better than any pacifier!
For which age group is the ribbon suitable?
Babies and toddlers develop very individually. We recommend using the ribbon primarily between the ages of 2 and 10 months. However, the ribbon can also be used well beyond the age of 1. You can best observe and decide this for your child yourself.
Are magnets not dangerous for babies?
Magnets are only dangerous for babies and small children if they are swallowed. As the magnets in our anni manni are only used for attachment and it should always be used under adult supervision and checked carefully before each use, the magnets in this product do not pose any danger. If a seam comes loose or the anni manni breaks in any other way, it must be disposed immediately and should not longer be used.
How can the ribbon be cleaned?
Please wash the anni manni from time to time in a small laundry net. Use easy-care programs at 30° - this is better for our environment and for the ribbon.
After each use, the ribbon should be rinsed with hot water and hung on a smooth surface or clothes horse to dry.
Our tip: get 2-3 anni mannis at once so that you always have a fresh one to hand.

Where are anni mannis shipped to?
We currently only ship anni mannis within Germany. We are constantly working on expanding our shipping area.
How long does shipping take?
You will normally receive your order within 3-5 working days. The shipping time can of course be delayed due to public holidays, weekends or during the Christmas period.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within Germany costs €2.25 per order.
If your order contains 10 or more anni mannis, shipping within Germany costs €5.90 per order.
Can I return my order?
As a consumer, you have a legally regulated right of return of 14 days. Please understand that anni manni is a hygiene product and that special rules apply.
